Shirley opted for the Peeky Toe Crab salad, and the Striped Bass, while I went for Ricotta Gnocchi w/ramps & morels (came with some nice fiddleheads as well) and the Lobster.

Desserts
Chocolates of course.

All proceeded with tastings and after dessert treats.
Finished with

Gale's Homemade Root Beer Float ... one of Shirley's favorite treats.

No recipe inspirations from this evening, maybe some presentation ideas and, of course, you can find your Grand Trio of Spring : Ramps, Morels and Fiddleheads at Earthy.com
