Lion & Compass
Nice dinner at the Lion & Compass in Sunnyvale last Sat.
We'd been "grandparenting" for a week and had the evening off.
Unpretentious setting, very tasty food.

Opening in 1982, the Lion & Compass quickly established its reputation as the premiere dining spot for the high-tech cognescenti. Shirley went with the "Signature Goat Cheese Salad"
(baby spinach, pine nuts, lemon, garlic, virgin olive oil) and
Macadamia Crusted SeaBass
Meanwhile I tried the Asian Pear, Mizuna & Blue Cheese Salad"
